Public
speaking
Public speaking is oral
communication in the form of speeches, lectures, presentations, and other types
of public speaking. Public speaking is also defined as "public
conversation" which means to speak in front of the crowd as well.
Several types of public speaking:
1. impromptu
Impromptu talk is a type
of presentation that is done suddenly without any preparation. In this case the
speaker is appointed directly in conveying information to the listeners,
without any preparation.
2. Manuscript
Manuscript presentation
is a type of presentation where in delivering information, a speaker does it by
reading the script. Usually because seeing the text of the speaker forgets his
main task, which is to make eye contact with the listener.
3. Memorization
(memoriter)
Type of presentation made
from memorizing the text provided. Unlike the types of manuscripts, the
memoriter does not use the script in its delivery, the speaker only makes
preparations by memorizing the text where the contents are about the
information to be conveyed.
4. Extraempore
Extempore type is the
best type of presentation to be done compared to other types. The speaker
prepares the material with an outline only, then at the time of the
presentation will be explained in detail.
Some benefits for public

for cases, and much more.
How to become a better
public speaker:

talking
3. Practice the speech
4. Give a speech.
How to train public
speaking and appear in public:
1. General preparation
Public speaking without
preparation is like going to war without a weapon. You can be an easy target
for the audience. Therefore, make it a habit to prepare carefully before
appearing.
2. Preparation of
material
The success of speech is
largely determined by our authority over the material. No matter how skilled
someone is in his field, preparation of the material before speaking still
needs to be done. Unless you are asked to appear suddenly. Do not let it become
a failure to understand the material and can not answer questions from the
audience.
3. Preparations appear
This is related to the
way we talk. Basically everyone has a unique style of speaking and when
speaking in public. You just need to practice the best version of yourself. No
need to try to be someone else. Learn how to speak well, if vocal, appropriate
posture, how we move and manage facial expressions.
